Project Overview

The scope included structural steel fabrication and installation, cladding and roofing systems, roller shutter doors, PA fire doors, gantry crane systems installation, and coordination of multiple subcontractors under FMR's management. This project forms part of a broader multi-site program spanning multiple mine locations across the Pilbara.

Operating on a live, remote mine site with complex logistics, tight access protocols, and high-voltage infrastructure required elite coordination and safety-first execution.
